Fish Fragrant Eggplant Eggplant stir fried with pickled chili and sweet and sour sauce. Vegetarian dish. Come and learn why it has “Fish” in the name, but not in the recipe!

GongBao Chicken Chicken cubes stir-fried with crunchy peanuts and various spices in a sweet and sour sauce. Classic Chinese dish that appears on many overseas menus. Learn how it is supposed to taste.
